Join Aurora Artistries for this "Bob Ross" inspired oil painting featuring an Alaskan landscape with our famous northern lights! All supplies and step by step instructions are provided for this event. Each participant will be given a 16x20" stretched canvas to paint this scene onto.

This is a medium paced event where I will help you individually if needed. This class is an intermediate level event. I recommend that you have been to at least a few of my classes before attending this one so you know you are comfortable with my teaching style.

This is oil paint, which is a lot different than acrylics. I recommend wearing clothes you don't mind ruining. Gloves will be provided to each participant if you are allergic to latex please bring your own set of disposable gloves, bring an apron if you have one, they will not be provided.

You will be going home with a wet canvas, these take a week, sometimes longer to dry. The drying process cannot be helped by air or heat. The oil paint needs TIME to oxidize, and that is how it dries. Please prepare a spot in your vehicle for its journey home. I recommend bringing a plastic garbage bag that you can rest your painting on top of.

Ages 16+ welcome to attend with attending adult.

Up to 48 hours in advance: I can offer a refund minus a 3.7% transaction fee to the original method of payment, or issue a voucher code to redeem at a future paint night. 

Within 48 hours of the event: No refund and no voucher code offered.

Once the event has taken place: There will be no refund and no voucher code offered. You must notify me 48 hours in advance to allow time to fill the seat if you are unable to attend. No shows will not be reimbursed.

Please note: In the rare event that the instructor has to reschedule due to an illness or an emergency, you will be notified in advanced of the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the event at the rescheduled date, you will be given a voucher code to redeem at a future paint night.
